Stuck inside a folder

  • 1 minute read

If you can’t leave a folder, but all the buttons in it respond when touched, it has probably been set to be your Home folder. When this happens, you will see that the Home button is grayed out in the bottom toolbar.

Usually, you can return to your normal settings by changing the Home folder back.

  1. Tap the Options* Options icon button at the far right of the bottom toolbar.
  2. Go to Vocabulary.
  3. Tap Home Folder.
  4. Select your normal Home folder from the list. Unless you have intentionally changed it, this will be Default Home.

You may sometimes find that this wasn’t the only change to your vocabulary. If changing the Home folder does not solve the issue, you can also try restoring an automatic internal backup.
