  • 1 minute read

You can use other online storage services, such as Microsoft OneDrive, to save and restore selected backups. To use online storage services, you must have an account for the service and an app for the service installed on your device.

Save your backup through an online storage service

  1. Go to Settings* > Backup > Export Backup.
  2. Find the file you want to export in the list of backup files. You may need to scroll down. When you find the file, tap Export on the right side of its row.
  3. Tap Share.
  4. Select the online storage service you want to use and upload your backup.

Restore your backup through an online storage service

  1. Open your online storage service app (e.g. Microsoft OneDrive).
  2. Tap the name of the backup you want to import and open the file. Select Copy to Proloquo2Go at the top. If you do not see Copy to Proloquo2Go, scroll the top row of apps icons left, select More, scroll down, and then tap Copy to Proloquo2Go.
  3. Proloquo2Go will automatically open. You can either restore the backup immediately or save the backup for later. You can access backups downloaded from online store services the same way as manual backups inside the device.

*On iPhone and iPod touch, you will find the Settings button in the Tools popup at the far left of the bottom toolbar.
