If you get lost and don’t have access to a computer, you can view help materials inside Proloquo2Go.
You can access Help inside Proloquo2Go through the Options* . Select Help at the top of the Options.
Edit Mode help
When inside Edit Mode , the Help button brings up an overlay with labels for each tool. Tap Learn more in the upper left hand corner to open Help. Tap anywhere else on the screen to make the overlay disappear again.
You can also email our Support team from inside Proloquo2Go. When you first open Help you will see Help Overview. Scroll to the bottom and tap Email Support.
Type a brief description of your issue, then hit Send. You do need an internet connection and an email account set up on the device for this to work.
*On iPhone and iPod touch, you will find the Options button in the Tools popup at the far left of the bottom toolbar.
