You can access the all of the Proloquo4Text Support Materials by going to the Settings  Proloquo4Text 32Px Icon Options, and then selecting Support Materials.
 

When you have internet access on your device there are a large number of support options which can be accessed through Proloquo4Text.

The Proloquo4Text Support pages offer a wide range of features, including direct links to support articles, downloadable manuals and E-learning videos.

You can also email AssistiveWare’s Support team about issues you encounter through Contact Support. This will open up an email. Type a brief description of your issue, then hit Send. You do need an internet connection and an email account set up on the device for this to work.

When you email AssistiveWare for support your log file will automatically attach to the email you send.
