Any changes you make to your Proloquo buttons are synchronized across all the devices of the members of your team. It is nevertheless best practice to create a backup regularly, so you can always revert to a previous state. To create a backup, just go to Personalization Pencil icon (bottom right in home screen) > Settings Proloquo settings icon (top right) > Backup

Then select “Back Up {the AAC user’s name}’s Vocabulary” to create a backup. You can store the backup in any of the suggested locations: e.g. in your Files (iCloud) or Dropbox. You can also email it to someone. Please note that Google Drive is not supported.
