AssistiveWare stores Proloquo user data in one of the following locations:

Backups and data safety

All backup data is stored in the same location as the primary data. This ensures consistency and compliance with regional data storage requirements. 

 

How to check where your Proloquo user data is stored

You can see your Proloquo user data storage location in your AssistiveWare account:

  • Log in to your AssistiveWare account
  • Go to Profile
  • Look for Data residency to see your storage location

 

How to change your data storage location

Your data storage location can be changed on request. Contact support to do this.
