We are happy to announce that Mr. Klatt from Ohio has won the 2015 Carol Villars Scholarship and will be attending the Closing The Gap conference this year. The scholarship was created to honor our dear colleague and friend, Carol Villars, who passed away the morning of July 30, 2015.
