Hi Mary Beth,

Hi Mary Beth,
Sorry to hear this.
First, please make sure Allow Full Access is ON. Open your device's Settings, go to the General section, select Keyboard > Keyboards > Keeble, and then turn the Allow Full Access option to ON.
Next, open the Keeble app, tap Keyboard Settings and under Auditory Feedback, make sure your settings are toggled ON. For example, I have Speak by Words and Speak by Sentence ON.

Please let us know how you make out.

Kindly,
Pam

Hello Mary Beth,

Hello Mary Beth,

One more idea: Please make sure the device is not muted. Here is the link to a helpful Apple document on how the side switch of the iPad works: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204171
Hope this helps!

Kindly,
Pam
