Hi & can you help please?

Hi,
I work in a special school in Scotland. We have several students using Proloquo2go. I have realised that some students have the new advanced vocabularies and some don't. I updated the iPads that didn't have the advanced vocabularies and they are now using version 4.2. However I still don't have the advanced vocabularies. Please can you help me sort out how to fix this.
Thanks

Hello Natalie,

Hello Natalie,

Sorry to hear you are having an issue. It's my pleasure to assist you.

It sounds like you are looking for a Crescendo vocabulary on the student's devices. If Proloquo2Go is updated, as you say to 4.2 -- you will need to create a new user for a Crescendo vocabulary.

Once you have created a new user, then you can transition the student's original vocabulary into the new Crescendo one.

Here is the link to our video demonstrating how to make the transition: http://www.assistiveware.com/e-learning/transitioning-proloquo2go-3-prol...

This video and other helpful videos can be found here: http://www.assistiveware.com/product/proloquo2go/resources

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Also, our AssistiveWare Support team is available 24/7 and they are always happy to help. You can reach them at support@assistiveware.com

Kindly,
Pam
