AssistiveWare’s Support Team is recognized as the gold standard in our field and one of our biggest assets. As the support team continues to grow, AssistiveWare is looking for an experienced team lead capable of taking it to the next level. You will work with very dedicated team members with strong ties to our community. We expect you to guide them and to foster the already strong team culture. Additionally, you will collaborate with our service designers and product managers to improve processes and deliver user insights to help improve our services and apps.

Currently the support team consists of 10 team members, working remotely and across all time zones, to provide nearly 24/7 support to our users worldwide.

At present we work mostly from home and there’s an option to continue to do so in the future. Once it is possible again, you’re welcome to come to the office in the heart of Amsterdam with a passionate, international group of people and our two office cats.

What will you be doing?

  • Create good working conditions, remove obstacles, provide clarity on duties
  • Take responsibility for support workflows including implementing best practices, KPIs, and internal SLAs
  • Foster team member motivation and engagement
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other teams

What do we expect?

  • 6 to 10 years of work experience, including 4+ years of prior people management experience in operations or customer support
  • Experience with online, social media and email support systems
  • A bachelor's degree in (business) management or comparable relevant education
  • The ability to use data to monitor performance and inform key decision making
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Living in the Netherlands
