We are looking for a Content Manager living in The Netherlands who is passionate about changing the world and has the experience and expertise to contribute to our mission.

The position in a nutshell

You’ll use your command of language and understanding of content strategy and tactics to amplify the story of AssistiveWare and delight our users and readers.

We’re looking for a Content Manager who is a fierce advocate for the user—distilling complex problems into simple, brilliant, inclusive communications. You tirelessly work to understand how our audience thinks and communicates to identify language that is both impactful and natural. Your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and has the potential to change attitudes towards disability and improve people’s lives directly.

What you’ll do

  • Participate in the full content production lifecycle, including briefing, editing and writing content across multiple touch points. This includes short and long-form copywriting as well as writing for UX.
  • Work together with Product Managers, UX designers, Support, Management, and technical experts to produce and publish compelling content.
  • Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our brand standards, and web style guidelines.
  • Support localization of our content.
  • Learn about and from our audiences and our products, and take the initiative to identify and propose new content.

  • You are proficient in English with exceptional copywriting and editing skills. Knowledge of Spanish, French or Dutch is a plus.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar content management role. Experience in UX copywriting is a plus.
  • You know your way around a Content Management System.
  • You understand and know how to apply SEO principles and content optimization.
