Why are my backups not appearing in Dropbox with Proloquo2Go 5?

If you are experiencing problems when trying to upload backups to Dropbox or Google Drive, we recommend making sure you are updated to Proloquo2Go 5.1 or later. This update addresses the backup issues reported in Proloquo2Go 5.0 and 5.0.1. For instructions on updating, please see How do I update to a new version of Proloquo2Go? 

In rare cases, upload still may fail if Proloquo2Go is closed or the screen turns off during the process of uploading the backup to Dropbox or Google Drive. To avoid this, we recommend keeping Proloquo2Go open with the screen on until the backup finishes uploading. Proloquo2Go 5.1 and later includes a progress bar that you can watch to see when the upload to Dropbox or Google Drive is finished.
