What languages and voices does Proloquo2Go support?

Proloquo2Go supports English, French, Spanish and Dutch. It includes customized vocabulary for American, British and Australian English, Metropolitan and Canadian French, American and Castilian Spanish, and Flemish and Dutch. Users can use the English, French, Spanish and Dutch vocabularies and voices with no additional costs.

We are in the process of developing Proloquo2Go to support other languages. However, we have no specific timeline for these localizations of Proloquo2Go. If you want to be informed of our product updates, please join our mailing list.

Literate users who do not require symbol supports may want to check out Proloquo4Text, our text-based communication app for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Proloquo4Text's user interface can be localized in English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, French, Norwegian or Danish. However, the app can be used in several more languages. For more information, please see: What languages does Proloquo4Text support?

Proloquo2Go uses the high-quality text-to-speech voices from Acapela Group. These include several voices recorded in the studio by and for children, including two Spanish-English bilingual voices and two Dutch children voices. Additionally, Proloquo2Go added support for voices created through Acapela Group's my-own-voice service.
