In News-2-You it is easy to set up a user for each student in a classroom. Each user has its own progress tracking and answers to the interactive activity pages. They can have their own settings for voice, speech rate, and highlight as well.
To add a new user, follow these steps:
- When using News-2-You as Administrator, open Options View (the gears).
- Tap Add User.
- Enter a name for the user in the User Name field.
- (Optional) Under the "Create With" section, tap Options and select a user to base your options on. "Default" will be automatically selected. Tap Add User to return to the Add User screen.
- Tap the Save button to add the user.
