Can't get Rod Infovox iVox HQ to work

Hi I'm a new user as of today and I bought two credits for Will and Rod. I downloaded and installed the iVox Voice Manager and redeemed my two credits. I then installed and activated Will. Everything worked great I was able to use it with the Mac text to speech. I then installed and activated Rod but when I went to play it nothing happened. I tried a few more times and still nothing. So then I hit the download and reinstall button but that still didn't make the voice work. So then I deactivated and reactivated the voice still nothing. I'm wondering what I should do now? I find it strange that Will worked right away and Rod doesn't. Any Suggestions?
