Backup

Hi, we are using dropbox and have WiFi enabled, access to dropbox on the iPad, we are able to import and export backups but the "restore from backup" function is inoperable, it is greyed out, what are the reasons for this?

First, it's great to hear you are saving a backup!

From your description, the setting 'Restore from Backup' has been restricted.

Please open the Options view by tapping the gears button
Tap Restrictions
Toggle 'Restore from Backup' to ON/green
