What to I do to learn?

Hello. I'm (grandpa) Lew to Alex who is 9 years old, is non-verbal, has autism and is ID. Alex has a history of severe self-injurious behavior... brought on by a number of triggers one of which is his inability to communicate. We just purchased P2G and I'm asking the group for recommendations of the quickest way to learn and become comfortable with the app so I can effectively show/train Alex how to use it. I saw there are videos, manuals, etc. but I'd like to hear from the group where I should begin this overwhelming process. (I just want to do it right for Alex's sake. Thank you for any advice you wish to share.

Lew,

Lew,

Thank you for contacting us here on the forum. May I suggest in addition to our e-Learning videos and tutorials that you may wish to join our Facebook group for our Parents/Family of Proloquo2Go Users Group. This is a very active group and wonderful at reaching out and helping each other.

If interested please go here and ask to join:
