Saving Pictello backup through iTunes

Hi,

I am trying to backup Pictello through iTunes sharing, but the document reads logs, and not .ptbk extension. I backup successfully on the iPad mini then connect to computer, and when I scroll down to Pictello, it's saved as logs and not with the ext. .ptbk. Thoughts?

Julie,

Julie,

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties saving your Pictello Library.

To back up your library to iTunes please do the following:
• Tap on Options (gears)
• Scroll down to Backup Actions
• Tap Backup Now
• Using the cable that came with your device connect your device to your computer
• Tap on your device’s name in the left column of iTunes. (If you do not see the left column then tap on View and then click on Show Sidebar)
• Tap on Apps in the top Menu
• Scroll down to File Sharing and then tap on Pictello
You should now see in the right hand column your saved Pictello backup with the extension .ptbk

I have also sent this same information via the ticket you sent into Support. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Carol
