Dutch AAC app available at the end of 2017

AssistiveWare is pleased to announce the release of the Dutch version of Proloquo2Go, the popular symbol-based augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) app for iOS. Joining English, Spanish and French, Dutch will become the fourth available language and will be ready around the end of this year.

Proloquo2Go is designed to increase communication skills and to stimulate language development. This app is suitable for beginners as well as those who are more advanced.

What makes Proloquo2Go unique

Proloquo2Go is the only AAC app that combines unique features, such as research-based vocabulary levels, (activity) templates to support motor-planning, ExpressivePower™ to express yourself and full bilingual support. And all that with minimal customization effort!

Who can use Proloquo2Go?

Proloquo2Go’s unique features make it the premier Augmentative and Alternative Communication solution for children, teenagers, and adults who need symbol support. Proloquo2Go has been used successfully with individuals with the following diagnoses: autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, developmental disabilities, apraxia, stroke, traumatic brain injury and others.

Joepie! Yippee! Eindelijk! Finally! We have been waiting for this for almost seven years. Grid and Grid Player were the only alternatives, and they are nothing near as versatile or easy as Proloquo2go. This is absolutely wonderful. I will tell Kentalis; they will be very happy. Please share this widely with logopedisten, SBOs, instellingen, en zo.
